The opinion of the court was delivered by Melvin V. Moody was convicted by a jury of conspiracy (K.S.A. 21-3302) to commit aggravated burglary and aggravated robbery. The information contained thirty counts involving five men. The defendant was charged with a single count of conspiracy and tried separately.
